Refund and Return Policy
1. No Returns Policy
- All sales are final, and once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Books cannot be returned unless they have a significant defect or the wrong product has been delivered. Please carefully review your order before confirming.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- The book received has a significant defect (e.g., missing pages, printing errors, or damage that affects readability).
- An incorrect product has been delivered (e.g., a different title or edition than what was ordered).
3. Video Proof Requirement
- To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a clear video recording of the book being unboxed at the time of delivery.
- The unboxing video should clearly show the package being opened for the first time and highlight any defects or errors in the delivered product.
- The video must be unedited and continuous from the moment the package is opened until the defect or incorrect product is shown.
- Without this video proof, we cannot accept the return.
4. Return Process
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include the unboxing video in your communication.
- Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the book.
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
- After the return is approved and the book is received, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs for the return will be covered by us if the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.
